What Is Online Coaching?

With TMMF, you will receive your training split and nutrition plan once you are onboard. All plans and nutritional diets are tailored to YOU, your preference on meal splits and gym splits. Any concerns you have are one message away from being answered via WhatsApp. Its not just about training and nutrition but digestion , sleep , stress levels , hydration , step count , energy levels , fatigue levels and much more.

Interactive Engagement:

Following this, once per week a daily check in will occur where an in-depth review of your week will be conducted, such as your progression and identifying roadblocks. On these weekly calls, any changes ranging from nutritional changes or work outs will be revealed and explained in depth to remove any clouds of uncertainty. Then a monthly summary review where we can look at successes and failures from the month. With this in mind, we also offer training video analysis. This comes in handy when you may feel uncertain about the form of a workout or to change movement

Supplement advice & Guidance:

If you actively take supplements or wish to start, We offer advice on which supplements are best suited for you and your lifestyle. Here we can discuss why you should/should not and how to properly implement supplements into your diet.
