Aaron is really personable and takes on board other things going in your life, but this will only work if your willing to be honest with yourself. Checking in every week, might seem daunting, buts its not. The accountability has really helped me add consistency to my training and make progress. I got told about aaron from a mate of mine that was being coached by him. He was telling me the problems i had that aaron could fix for me. I had been training consistently for 2 years but never could get the right food in to gain the weight i wanted . I joined aaron to help me get out of being lean and start to consistent bulk. After joining aaron , i could see week by week the changes and how my diet and training improved a lot . By having check ins every week and going through my diet , my strength , size and muscle mass has significantly increased. A coach for me is a much needed otherwise i wouldnt be where i was without Aarons knowledge of nutrition and training. I would highly recommend aaron to anyone that wants the results but cant seem to be getting them well as they should be.
